Sales Assistants

Applications are invited for persons with very good customer care and sales skills to fill in the posts of Sales Assistants within the Agenda outlets aboard the Gozo Channel ferries.

The Agenda brand forms part of Miller Retail – a major retail operator and employer committed to quality service and the development of new retail concepts. The outlets are all of a high profile and finished to the highest standards offering customers a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience in Malta’s prime locations.

The ideal candidate, who must have a pleasant customer orientated approach and a valid driving license, must also be:

• fluent in Maltese and English;
• computer literate and knowledgeable in Word and Excel;
• willing to work shift hours, including nights and weekends;
• able to work under pressure;
• a team player.

The chosen applicants would be required to assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of the retail outlets. They would also be expected to ensure that customer needs are addressed by keeping a line of direct communication with the Operations Manager.
