Vacancies have arisen within one of our sales clusters for motivated Sales Representatives.

The Sales Representatives will be responsible for:

• the selling and promotion of the company’s products and services;
• maintaining an excellent working relationship and communication between the company and its clients;

These positions are performance related and therefore candidates must be:

Applicants with a proven track record and experience in FMCG sales of categories such as confectionery, personal hygiene and health, detergents, etc., will find these openings an ideal career development path.

The successful candidates will be in possession of a driving licence, well-organised and self-motivated with a good standard of education. A smart appearance and pleasant personality are also a must. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in similar positions and with basic computer skills. Good communications and interpersonal skills are also important.

Software Developer

Are you a quick learner who enjoys working with software and who wants to learn a lot about a wide variety of advanced technical stuff? You will learn not only about software development, databases, applications, etc, but also about business processes and practices.

To join our software development team you would preferably have a degree in an IT related discipline and be active in software development at the time of application. Practical experience in the use of Microsoft Visual Studio would be an asset.

Sales Assistants

Applications are invited for persons with very good customer care and sales skills to fill in the posts of Sales Assistants within the 8 Till Late Convenience outlets aboard the Gozo Channel ferries.
The 8 Till Late brand forms part of Miller Retail – a major retail operator and employer committed to quality service and the development of new retail concepts. The outlets are all of a high profile and finished to the highest standards offering customers a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience in Malta’s prime locations.

The ideal candidate, who must have a pleasant customer orientated approach and a valid driving license, must also be:

  • fluent in Maltese and English;
  • computer literate and knowledgeable in Word and Excel;
  • willing to work shift hours, including nights and weekends;
  • able to work under pressure;
  • a team player.

The chosen applicants would be required to assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of the retail outlets. They would also be expected to ensure that customer needs are addressed by keeping a line of direct communication with the Operations Manager.
